The Global Quality team works collaboratively with all company functions, taking a “Quality First” mindset. They have implemented a world-class quality management system (QMS) that is tracked by metrics and data, driven to achieve continual improvement.
Velodyne operates a lean and efficient QMS along with elite document/change control processes. The system enables us to attain product, environmental, and health and safety compliance. It is helping us gain design and production efficiencies and drive out wasteful costs.
