Mobiltech’s primary offering is a 3D high-precision map service called Replica City. Replica City is a more advanced concept than existing 2D maps and offers more services. With Replica City, users can still search for roads and store locations, but in addition they can develop services such as autonomous driving, robot delivery, and city management. Through Replica City, users can get three types of data. The first data type is digital twin data that can be used for city planning or drone flight. The second data type is HD map data for autonomous driving or robot delivery. The last is the public facility database, which can be used to manage city facilities.
Mobiltech developed their own 3D scanner and AI to reduce the collecting and processing cost. They use AI to eliminate noise data, such as pedestrians, driving vehicles, or parked cars. They also can recognize and categorize road facilities using AI.
